Creating a Disability-Friendly Workplace

EDRN can help you create a welcoming environment for applicants and employees with disabilities by assuring the facilities are accessible, by training staff in appropriate interviewing techniques and/or in making reasonable accommodations.  We can also provide your staff with information on disability etiquette not only for co-workers, but for greeting and serving customers with disabilities in the workplace.
