Customized Assessment and Training
All training provided through IVRS is customized to what you and the company or trainer needs to reflect your skill development. In Customized Training, unlike Customized OJT Training, you are not employed by the company, but the company is your TRAINER to learn the job functions necessary for you to become a qualified candidate in the job market. Some students learn better with a hands-on training model than an academic one, and Customized Training was made for this! Customized Training may be a Work Experience type program, an internship, a tutorial type training, a job evaluation, or a job based assessment or work tryout.
Customized On-the-Job Training
OJT is a form of customized training in which you are hired by a company to learn the job and the company agrees to train you. You are paid a starting wage by the company and IVRS reimburses the company 50% of wages to offset the cost to the business for your training. As long as your performance is satisfactory, you will keep the job following successful completion of your training.
