Kochell Weber-Ricklefs

Kochell Weber-Ricklefs is a Business Development Specialist serving Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation (IVRS) and Iowa Department of the Blind in the Iowa Self Employment program (ISE).

Kochell joined the Self-Employment team in December 2008. She holds a Master's of Public Administration from Drake University, along with a Certification of Professional Human Resources (PHR). Her work experiences include the occupations of human resources, accounting, business management, retail, and consulting. Kochell served in the financial industry for over 18 years helping consumers manage funds and establish control over spending. Along with her philosophy of helping people, she served on the Iowa Credit Union League Board of Directors with the mission of helping Iowans have a better understanding of what they can do to become financially successful in their own lives.

Based in Cedar Rapids, Kochell provides clients with technical and financial assistance services, traveling throughout eastern Iowa. She serves IVRS/IDB clients in these geographic areas who wish to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence through the pursuit of self-employment.
